Dietetics
Nutrition consultations are conducted within the comfort of our clients homes. We delve into anthropometry, biochemistry, medical and family history, medications, and dietary habits which forms the basis of nutrition education, personalised treatment plans, and tailored resources.
Meals
Our prepped meal service aims to provide convenient and nutritious meals that support the needs of our participants. We involve participants in menu creation, offering choice and control of their menu. Meals are made fresh with responsibly sourced ingredients, delivered in eco-friendly containers. Pricing per NDIS funding guidelines.
Programs
Our in-home cooking and educational programs involve our dietitian's working closely with participants for 8, 10, or 12 weeks. Together, we aim to improve culinary skills and nutritional knowledge. Programs are tailored to participant preferences and specific needs.
